As a member of the Virtuoso Luxury Travel Network, specializing in luxury and experiential travel, you will have the opportunity to work internationally- corresponding with luxury travel suppliers across the globe and partner with global luxury brands.
We are currently seeking highly-motivated, passionate manager to oversee overall operations. responsible for business development, sales, monitoring of staff, product development, local marketing and sales strategy, meeting annual sales targets, and developing relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Oversee sales and marketing activities to ensure maximum profitability and growth.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and launch new products and services to meet the changing needs of our clients.
- Develop and execute local marketing and sales strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Ensure that annual sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers.
- Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Ensure that our company continues to deliver exceptional customer service and experiences.
Requirements:
- Experience working in Travel Industry in a managerial role.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to develop and execute successful business strategies.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
