Responsibilities:

• Lead BCM program including writing up and implementing BCM policies and framework.
• Respond to incidents and crisis in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Mitigate impact(s) that arise from crisis events and provide support to the Crisis Management Team.
• Ensure operational readiness in times of crisis.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of direct BCM experience within the corporate banking space.
• Experience in writing up BCM policies and putting up the framework.
• Good stakeholder management skills.
