Account Servicing Officer (Banking/East/6 months contract/Up to $4000)
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle the processing of redemption replies for Authorized Motor dealers.
- Critical pre-processing of interbank GIRO application forms.
- Accurately perform data entries for both financial and non-financial updates in the system (critical).
- Pre-process and generate ad hoc letters for Auto Loan customers.
- Execute various administrative functions to support operational efficiency.
- Ensure that all requests are processed within specified service standards, adhering to timelines and maintaining accuracy.
- Promptly escalate any discrepancies or deviations to the Team Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial institutions, with a focus on Credit operations or relevant knowledge preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, specifically Excel.
- Strong ability to multitask and manage different activities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
