Up to $5,800 per month
You will be a key partner in create merchandising illustration schemes for distribution to the markets in Asia Pacific, provide guidelines & manage projects to ensure delivery aligned with the brand and business objectives.
· Understand marketing calendars for the Fiscal Year and based on this create or adapt merchandising guidelines for distribution to the APAC markets.
· Manage VM projects with vendors and ensure on time delivery to markets.
· Act as brand guardian and provide VM best practices and guidance to markets.
· Responsible for collateral allocation in stores aligned with brand and business objectives.
· Prompt execution and provision of creative solutions to all regional programs and activities.
· Maintain regular communication with Global Merchandising Department (New York) and the VM teams in the markets.
Requirements:
· Degree in Design or Art School education preferred; formal training in interior design, industrial design, 3D design or graphic design with specialization in 3D.
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in Interior or Retail VM department.
· Strong skills in designing and drawing scaled working construction drawings.
· Experience in using Macintosh Vector Works and Photoshop.
· Must be an expert in Adobe illustrator, Photoshop and 3D software (e.g. SketchUp)
· Understands retail Store Design (SD) & VM aspects, i.e. lighting, furniture design, detailing fixtures, materials, etc. as well as the importance of maintaining consistency.
· Has experience in graphic layouts and interior signage.
· Have a strong understanding of traffic flow and human scale.
