Description:

  • Handle phone calls, screen and direct them to the correct personnel and/or take and relay messages.
  • Handle walk-in enquires and provide general administrative support.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mails and couriers, delivery and parcel dispatch.
  • Maintain and update of data records and compilation of statistics.
  • Attend to students who are unwell.
  • Support daily admin operations including proper and up-to-date tracking, documentation and filing.
  • Any other duties as assigned by School.

Requirement:

  • Full GCE ‘O’ Level Certificate or its equivalent
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills
  • Good team player with a high level of initiative
  • IT literate and Proficient in MS Office
  • Candidates with relevant experience in reception and administration and/or customer service
