Assist/manage the day to day operations of the store, which includes:
- Opening and/or closing of the store.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through customer service.
- Managing and keeping track of sales through the POS service.
- Assisting in managing store products
- Planning and assisting in any events happening in the store.
Assisting in Social Media Presence.
- Familiarity with the current trends of social media i.e Facebook/Tiktok.
- Ability to create small short content to engage the target audience.
- Assisting in creating posts on facebook and instagram on new arrivals and preorders.
- Growing Unrival as a brand through constant engagement.
Basic Requirements
- Proficiency in English, and at least a mother tongue i.e Chinese, Malay.
- Willing to work shifts.
- Familiarity with the current trends of social media i.e Facebook/Tiktok.
- Able to work in a team as well as independently.
- Familiarity with games and gaming products will be a plus.
