RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducting research on the SAR image detection and semantic segmentation prototypical systems.
- Research on tackling the research problems of SAR image recognition.
- Develop the state-of-the-art algorithms of SAR object detection and segmentation and publish research papers.
- Implement the systematical toolbox of SAR object detection and segmentation.
- Participate the 6-monthly meeting with DSO collaborators.
- Demonstrate and visualize the research results to DSO collaborators.
- Minimum PhD in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or closely related disciplines from a reputable institution of higher learning.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant research experience in computer vision and machine learning.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C++ will be positively considered/ is required.
- Demonstrated experience and know-how on training deep learning models.
- Experience with at least one programming software, such as Pytorch, or Tensorflow is preferred.
- Excellent working knowledge of deep learning methods.
- Good analytical, technical and problem solving skills.
- Applicants with research publications in computer vision area will be advantageous.
- Self-motivated individual who can work independently and also collaboratively with team members.
