• Set up and tear down of AV equipments for the events and support Banquet department related to AV requirements.
• Perform safety regulations and procedures when using the Genie Personnel Lift.
• Attend to guest/staff request and complaints promptly and efficiently to avoid inconvenience or discomfort.
• Maintain all audio visual equipments in safe and good condition and cleanliness of sound room.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all audio visual equipments.
• Ensure the smooth implementation and execution of all banquet events
• Ensure proper handling of food and beverage, equipment, meeting, supplies, crockery, glassware
• Ensure guest satisfaction by identifying and responding to guest needs
• Ensure clean, safe and orderly work area, both front and back of the house for guests and employees
• Perform report on all events handled
