- Reports directly to Deposits & Payments Business Team Lead
- Responsible for supporting analysis requirements for the Deposits & Payments Business Team
- Analyse large datasets to identify key business levers and opportunities, understand consumer behaviour, and investigate portfolio trends and observations
- Drive visibility into product performance by defining and monitoring key business metrics
- Design, build and maintain useful simulations, dashboards, data tables, and reports to enable data-self serve for the Deposits & Payments Business Team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Business Intelligence, Product Managers, etc.) to analyse marketing performance based on initiatives (e.g. campaign performance tracking and A/B testing)
- Develop insights and identify new product development opportunities based on customer behaviour (including new data products to provide customers with data insights)
- Communicate and present insights to key stakeholders and senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Possess at least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience as a data or business analyst, or related field
- Highly proficient in using SQL, Python, Excel, and BI tools
- Strong in data analysis, data exploration, data visualisation, and data reporting
- Able to demonstrate structural thinking, problem-solving, and have strong logical reasoning skills
- Able to work with large datasets and ambiguous data
- Highly collaborative and analytical individual with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly passionate, have a strong sense of responsibility, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
