Job Description:
- Perform recruitment functions including matching candidates to jobs, understand job seekers' requirements
- Understand technicalities and details of respective job industries
- Working together with both clients and candidates to ensure respective interests and requirements are met
- Identify business opportunities and develop new business accounts
- To initiate a range of business development and marketing activities to build new corporate clients and grow your own client portfolio
- Manage internal and external stakeholders and clients on their hiring needs
- To engage in candidate sourcing activities, such as publishing job advertisements and conducting candidate referrals, to ensure a consistent supply of candidates to meet client's needs
- To manage candidates’ job needs and expectations, their payroll and employment benefits
Requirements:
- Min A Levels/Diploma
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- People-oriented
- Resourceful and self-motivated.
- No prior experience needed
- A commitment of minimum 3 months
