As the Shop Assistant of the Company, you shall willingly and diligently carry out the duties assigned to you from time to time, including but not limited to the following:
Greet and coordinate the seating of guests, and assign guests to tables suitable to the size of each group.
Ensure guests’ requests are not delayed during the operations of the Restaurant.
Record and report all guests’ complaints to the Restaurant Manager immediately.
Promote the Restaurant by establishing a loyal and regular customer base, maintaining a regular customer database and personalising customer service.
Handle emergencies and difficult situations.
Adjust any modifications to checks or bills.
Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness; maintenance of furnishings and equipment, and proper set up in the Restaurant and connected areas or pantries.
Ensure all orders are made and delivered on time
Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
Manage daily store operations to ensure a seamless and smooth customer experience
Familiar with POS system
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
