Secured Loan Servicing Team
1. Perform record creation and system updating in Bank’s operating systems relating to Secured Loans.
2. Process documentation check, loan disbursement, loan servicing activities, loan redemption, fee payments & collection relating to Secured Loans.
3. Prepare instructions, payment, advices & notification letters to customers/law firm
4. Perform imaging, indexing and filing of collateral documents
5. Perform reconciliation of General ledger accounts, transactions & documents
6. Review & update system reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
7. Handle filing of source reports & media and arranging for archival.
8. Handle customer / lawyer’s enquiries
Other expectations
1. Ensure all requests are processed within specified Service standard, timely and accurately
2. Manage ad-hoc project assigned by Team Manager
2. Escalate any discrepancy / deviation to the Team Manager
3. Assist Team Manager by providing ideas/initiatives in improving the existing workflow and identify operational risks and implement measures to address / mitigate the risk
Requirements
1. Min. 2 year of experience in financial institutions, with Credit operations or knowledge would be an added advantage
2. Meticulous with eye for details
3. Good understanding of operational risks
4. Good communication & problem solving skills would be desirable
5. Proficient in Microsoft office especially Microsoft Word and Excel
