Administrative Assistant

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily data entry
  • Answer & direct phone calls
  • Respond to email inquiries
  • Liaise with clients
  • Scanning & filing of documents
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned
  • To highlight to supervisor on any problems encountered in the course of their duties
  • Comply with company policies and guidelines

Job Requirements

  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent customer-service skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced business

Working Hours

  • 5 day work week
  • Mon – Fri: 9am – 6pm
