Position Responsibilities:
- Will front the Information Counter at the Shopping Centre, handling phone and walk-in inquiries and assistance.
- Assist in promotional activities in the Shopping Centre such as (but not limited to) gift redemption, voucher confirmation and distribution, events and campaigning.
- Will also perform other administrative functions.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum education, “GCE N” Levels education.
- Must be computer literate, using MS Office applications, Internet, Email.
- Good communication skills in English and a secondary language (any) Mandarin, Malay and Hindi.
- Cheerful, people engagement, comfortable in communicating with various consumer individuals.
- Work schedule: 10am-8pm, 5-days work schedule, rotational rest days.
