- Manage all aspects of HR management within the organization.
- Ensure effective performance management, implement compensation and benefits programs, provide HR reporting and analysis, manage projects, and promote a positive and safe work environment.
- Create and implement performance appraisal processes and succession planning strategies.
- Keep abreast on market and industry benchmarks to ensure competitive compensation and benefits offerings.
- Improve company brand image and awareness through effective HR practices.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource or equivalent
- At least 4 years of HR management with a strong focus on performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR reporting in a Beauty/Wellness industry.
- Proficient with Singapore HR policies, employment laws, and regulations.
