Job Duties:
- Manage full cycle of recruitment process individually and as a team
- Coach Recruitment Consultants in achieving sales targets and following company directions
- Establish new business relations with client and continuous relationship management with existing accounts
- Cohesively working with company management closely to identify market opportunities and insights for discussion
- Oversee day-to-day operations compliance with company SOP
- Improve on current process and implementing new systems and procedures
- Performance management of recruiters under your assigned team
- Ad hoc duties as per assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in any field
- At least 3-5 years of relevant recruitment experience required
- Prior experience in managing a high performing team
- Highly driven to achieve individual and team targets
