Responsibilities:
- Manage to liaise and coordinate with project team and clients to provide sustainability services such as green building certification, carbon accounting, and ESG reporting.
- Lead the consultancy's efforts in providing clients with ESD, ESG, and Carbon Accounting services.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, guiding and supporting project teams, ensuring effective coordination and communication.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and project teams to raise awareness about green building practices and the benefits of sustainability.
- Oversee the successful execution and delivery of sustainability and certification projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, quality standards, and deadlines.
Requirements:
- MSc/Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Architecture, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the field of sustainability consulting.
- Strong knowledge of sustainability principles and ESG frameworks.
- Professional certification such as GMAP / GMAAP / LEED AP / WELL AP is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
