An exciting opportunity for a Account Servicing Officer for Consumer Banking Operations, Technology, and Operations Team with one of our leading clients in the Banking domain.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accountancy, Finance or related fields;
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in financial institutions;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, specifically Excel;
- Capability to multitask and effectively manage various activities;
- Strong team player with excellent collaborative skills
Desired Skill-set
- Knowledge in credit operation is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Perform technical verification checks on customers' income documents and manage credit cards and unsecured loans account creation or maintenance within the Bank’s operating systems;
- Navigate across different systems to execute pre-processing and enter data across multiple platforms;
- Regularly update reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis;
- Address both internal and external inquiries;
- Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with the Support team to resolve issues related to robotic tools;
- Oversee ad-hoc projects delegated by the Team Manager;
- Promptly escalate any discrepancies or deviations to the Team Manager;
- Aid the Team Manager in conducting testing across various systems and prepare documentation for system launches.
