Contract Period: 15 Mar 2024 to 14 March 2027, with an option to renew for another 2 years.
Working hours:
* Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am – 6.00pm
* Fridays: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Scope of Services:
1) Check on programme registration at corporate e-portal & tally with the registration in STEP (Skills Training & Enhancement Portal).
2) Conduct verification of all registration and verify literacy certificates.
3) Arrange refreshments for all classes.
4) Prepare and compile programme evaluation report.
5) Set up training room and prepare training materials.
6) Perform any other duties that may be assigned.
Qualification, Skill & Experience:
1) Minimum O’ level qualification with 4 passes including English.
2) Minimum 2 years working experience (experience in office environment or customer service-related work preferred)
3) Bilingual with ability to communicate clearly in English and Mandarin
4) Meticulous and customer service-oriented
