Morgan McKinley is seeking a talented Incident Management Specialist to be a crucial part of our team!

Location: Commonwealth
Working Hours: Night Shift (7pm-8am), Day Shift (7am-8pm, mostly weekends and holidays)
Responsibilities:
- Log and process incoming calls and emails.
- Assess incident impact, urgency, and priority.
- Provide initial troubleshooting and support.
- Escalate unresolved incidents to the Application Maintenance team.
- Serve as the primary contact for incidents.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports using Excel.
- Confirm closure with users upon resolution
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or equivalent.
- Strong incident management and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Night shift and weekend availability.
- Previous relevant experience preferred.
