The JD should contain the following:
1. Roles and Responsibilities:
In the role of Business Analyst, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across to determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats. You will play an important role in creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business. You would be required to construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.
2. Skills /Competencies:
a. Essential Skills:
· Required 4 to 6 years of experience in the field of Business Analysis
· Should have good experience in Oracle, Unix Shell Script, Autosys Banking Domain
· Well versed with Bigdata, Hive with Banking domain
· Experience in usage of Requirement/Defect management tools like HP-ALM, JIRA.
· Effective stakeholder engagement
· Critical thinking
· Problem solving
· Decision making
· Good listener & communicator
· Documentation and writing skills
· Confident presenter
· Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
b. Preferred skills
· Preferred experience Banking –AML, Compliance, KYC, Payments
· Preferred experience in Excel

· A high degree of initiative and flexibility

· High quality awareness
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
