Job Description
- Handle telephone calls and inquiries from stakeholders
- Process invoices for payments
- Assist with data entry work for mid-year budget review
- Other admin duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- GCE “O” level qualification or its equivalent in English and Mathematics
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Good team player with high level of initiative
- Good interpersonal, customer-oriented and time management skills in staff support
- Ability to multitask, work both independently and as a team
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative work environment would be additional benifit.
