Job Description

  1. Handle telephone calls and inquiries from stakeholders
  2. Process invoices for payments
  3. Assist with data entry work for mid-year budget review
  4. Other admin duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

  • GCE “O” level qualification or its equivalent in English and Mathematics
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills
  • Good team player with high level of initiative
  • Good interpersonal, customer-oriented and time management skills in staff support
  • Ability to multitask, work both independently and as a team
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative work environment would be additional benifit.
