Job Description
- Respond professionally to incoming queries on mental health
- Assess clients’ needs and make appropriate arrangements and recommendations
- Provide clients with information on relevant intervention and support, and liaise with other agencies, as required
- Equip clients with self-care techniques (e.g. coping strategies and reframing negative experiences) to maintain emotional health
- Play an advocacy role for misconceptions in mental health
- Identify and escalate emergency and crisis situations to supervisor and assist in the coordination and conduct of crisis resolution
- Prepare, update and document all records and reports accurately, coherently, promptly and thoroughly according to organizational procedures to ensure compliance, and ease of review and retrieval
- Complete assigned tasks and necessary reports on time
- Other administrative support or adhoc duties as required by the organization
Work Model
- 3 Months' Probation with basic mental health training and buddy system – Work from Office
Requirement
- Basic computer skills (MS Office – Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Word)
- O Levels, N Levels, Diploma
- Read & write emails
