Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing the overall quality policy and plan
- Regular Quality Meeting for management review & Improving quality
- Leading operation’s quality KPI management and improvement
- Managing constructive relations with customers and suppliers
- Annual budgeting for quality organization
- Carry out internal PPAP approval and submission for customer approval
- Support to APQP
- Manages Quality Organization (Supplier Quality, Supplier Development, Manufacturing Quality, Customer Quality, Warranty, Process/Product Audit)
- Driving Quality problems solving
- Implement continuous improvement program
- Internal and External audit (ISO/IATF 16949, Customer audit) and improve
- People development planning
- Performance appraisal, promotion, reward and disciplinary action
- Safety improvement planning and execution for Quality Team in compliance with the Company policy and legal requirements
- Environment improvement planning and execution for Quality Team in compliance with the Company and customer requirements
Requirements:
- Degree in Logistic or equivalent discipline
- Have good experience in manufacturing environment, ISO/IATF 16949 system.
- Able to work independently with strong work commitment.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Has leadership ability and is able to bring the team together.
- Confidence in presentation.
