- Greet and welcome clients
- Attending phone calls and replying email inquiry
- Scheduling appointments
- Registering client's data
- Filing
- Handling incoming mails / parcels
- Sending reminders with clinic management software
- Other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual (preferably as some of our clients communicate in Mandarin)
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good customer service attitude
Working Hour
Tue - 8:30am to 5:30pm
Wed - 8:30am to 5:30pm
Thu - 8:30am to 5:30pm
Fri - 8:30am to 5:30pm
Sat - 8:30am to 3pm
Monday off day.
