Receptionist and Administrator

Dr Penny Tok Psychology Practice Private Limited

Job Descriptions:

  • Greet and welcome clients
  • Attending phone calls and replying email inquiry
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Registering client's data
  • Filing
  • Handling incoming mails / parcels
  • Sending reminders with clinic management software
  • Other ad-hoc duties


Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual (preferably as some of our clients communicate in Mandarin)
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Good customer service attitude


Working Hour

Tue - 8:30am to 5:30pm

Wed - 8:30am to 5:30pm

Thu - 8:30am to 5:30pm

Fri - 8:30am to 5:30pm

Sat - 8:30am to 3pm

Monday off day.
