Scope of Work
· Provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software
· Respond to queries, run diagnostics, isolate problems, determine and implement solutions
· Respond to user queries raised via the helpdesk ticketing system (Freshservice)
· Follow up with users to ensure full resolution of issues raised
· Run reports to analyse common issues and problems raised by users
· Remotely access hardware or software to fix issues – support remote offices
· Install, modify, update and repair computer hardware and software
· Respond to email, phone calls and walk-in for users requesting for technical assistance
· Organise and file documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for computer systems
· Provide assistance to hardware and software related projects
· Maintain an inventory list of computer systems, software, and peripherals deployed in the organisation
Requirements
Dip/Deg with 2-5 years of working experience
Good troubleshooting skills and handled large number of users
Familiar with hardware and software
