In this role, you have the opportunity to
Provide strategic services to support the requirements of the business partner leaders, including Process compliance, Process improvement, Application convergence and Continuous communication. You are the bridging instance between the businesses, functions, sales and service geographies and the Philips IT function. Your key tasks are to ensure that the Business objectives are supported and enabled by IT (Projects and programs), that IT works according to expectations (Operational Excellence) that the business is satisfied with Philips IT services and solutions and that the costs are in line with the targets.
You are responsible for:
- Supporting primarily Key Users with optimal execution of IT enabled processes, also related to compliance
- Collecting and identifying business demand in user community and may reflect with SMEs / functional leads
- Driveing reflected demand per standard process, reviewing solution design per business objective
- Overseeing purpose and possible migration paths on local applications next to daily business continuity
- Assessing Process & IT documentation against observed ways of working to drive adherence incl training
- May participate in, or oversee user acceptance testing, contribute to business readiness and support according adjustment of (leveraged) local instructions as needed
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Data Analytics
At least 3 to 5 years of experience involves working with data to extract valuable insights that can inform business decisions and improve organization performance. Have experience in designing and developing data visualization, dashboards and reports using Qliksense, other Business Intelligence Tools.
- At least 2 years of Development experience using Qliksense, Power Power BI
- Good grasp of knowledge and skillsets in Data collection, Data analysis, Data Modelling and visualization, Data Management, Data Governance and compliance
- Proficiency in using Excel spreadsheet tools for data analysis and reporting
- Problem Solving – Analyze complex problems and develop data driven solutions. Troubleshoot issues related to data quality, integrity and analysis
Microsoft 365 capabilities
- SharePoint – Configuring and managing Sharepoint sites, document libraries, lists and permission
- Power platform – Familiarity with Power BI for business analytics, Power Apps for app developments and Power Automate for workflow automation
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5 or more years of relevant experience as an IT Business Specialist or IT Business Analyst in related domain of business knowledge/expertise or IT solution background.
- Agile Practices / Project Management will be advantages
- Business Acumen – Understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Communication skills - Good at stakeholder management with empathy, solid communication and written skills
- Ability to manage complex, challenging situations and focus on the desired outcome
- Collaboration with cross functional teams, communicate effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders
- Adaptable to cover/work at different time-zones.
