- Responsible for the group’s procurement and purchasing matters
- Source new and alternative products and suppliers, negotiate price and ensure timely fulfilment
- Conduct regular inventory check and maintain optimal inventory levels
- Maintain and update the company’s purchasing system
- Source quotes for shipments and ensure imports and exports are handled efficiently
- Establish KPIs to achieve business objectives for assured supply, quality and cost effectiveness
- Work closely with cost controller to formulate or review current policies and best practices in procurement functions
- Prepare weekly and monthly procurement reports and submit to Management
- Other ad-Hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma with 3 years experiences working in a similar capacity. Candidates without diploma but with more experience will be considered.
- Experience in the F & B industry is a must
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Meticulous with good business acumen
- Proven track record of procurement expertise
