Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with enterprise clients to understand their needs and design tailored cloud solutions.
- Manage multi-year on-premises platform and execute cloud migration programs for large-scale organizations, ensuring seamless transitions and adherence to standards.
- Architect and deliver enterprise Azure cloud solutions at scale, considering policies and compliance regulations.
- Handle and analyze large datasets effectively within cloud environments.
- Design, implement, and maintain server infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud computing solutions.
- Utilize scripting languages to automate processes and streamline operations.
- Develop and manage API management solutions, microservices, and system integration strategies.
- Lead the development of cloud-native applications.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients, both verbally and in writing.
- Stay adaptable in a rapidly changing environment and foster problem-solving and collaboration.
- Maintain certifications and stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of related industry experience, specifically working with enterprise clients.
- Proven track record in managing multi-year on-premises platform and executing cloud migration programs for large-scale organizations, covering IaaS, PaaS, and Big Data.
- Expert-level experience in architecting and implementing enterprise Azure cloud solutions while adhering to policy constraints and compliance regulations.
- Strong knowledge of server infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud computing.
- Proficiency in handling large datasets.
- In-depth understanding and practical experience with key infrastructure components like Active Directory, VMWare, Windows Server, Linux, Storage (NAS, SAN), Nutanix, Relational Databases, VCS, Networking (Routing, Firewall, Load balancers), Web services (Apache, Tomcat, IIS), and File transferring (SFTP, FTP).
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, Perl, and PowerShell.
- Experience with API management solutions, microservices, and system integration.
- Hands-on experience in developing cloud-native applications.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
- Mandatory certification: MS Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
- Desirable certification: AWS Certified Solution Architect Professional.
- Familiarity with provisioning tools such as Azure Resource Manager and Terraform.
- Broader experience in Storage, Database, Performance & Monitoring tools, Backup, and OS platforms.
- Exposure to working in a Global client environment with distributed delivery (Onshore / Offshore).
This role is on an initial contract basis of 12 months.
