Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9am to 6pm

Responsibilities:
- Data Ingestion: Collect and manage data from various sources.
- Data Parsing: Normalize, parse, and structure data for analysis.
- Search and Query: Use Splunk's SPL to analyze data effectively.
- Data Visualization: Create dashboards and reports for data visualization.
- Set up alerts and notifications for critical events.
- Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve data-related issues.
- Security Monitoring: Detect and investigate security threats.
- Assist with compliance reporting and audits.
- Maintain documentation records of configurations and processes.
- Communication: Collaborate with teams and present findings.
- Stay updated on Splunk and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma or Degree in Information Technology (IT) / Computer Science
- Possess working knowledge of Splunk software
- Experience in Search Processing Language (SPL), Data Sources and Parsing, Data Visualization, Security Concepts (if security-focused), Regular Expressions (Regex)
- Experience in Alerting and Notifications, Data Modelling, Data Transformation, Automation and Scripting, Capacity Planning
- Knowledge in Compliance and Regulatory Requirements
- Extensive knowledge in IT Operations and Troubleshooting, Communication and Documentation
