Responsibilities:
- Offer guidance, solutions, and in-depth product knowledge to support the sales team.
- Recognize customer business and technical needs to create sales opportunities with appropriate solutions.
- Develop tailored solutions to meet customer business goals, ensuring maximum satisfaction and return on investment.
- Present solutions to customers, preparing detailed technical offers and cost breakdowns.
- Stay informed about market trends to address evolving customer requirements and identify new products/services that complement our existing solutions.
- Collaborate closely with key technology and business partners, fostering and expanding business relationships.
- Facilitate the smooth handover of ordered projects to the post-sales team.
- Proactively retain and upsell our services to customers.
Qualifications:
- Expertise at the SME level is a must, with a minimum qualification of CCNP.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of IT experience specializing in Network and Data Centre solutions.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following areas is a bonus: Cisco Data center technologies, Network security (Firewall, VPN, etc.), Cisco ISE, Cisco WLAN.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and a keen interest in staying abreast of the latest technologies.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles is essential.
- Exhibit effective verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Showcase robust consultative skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer personnel and identify and facilitate the closure of new opportunities within existing client relationships.
