Job Description

1. Implement and monitor post-course evaluations.
2. Prepare and perform data analysis using post-course evaluation reports.
3. Perform and manage functions of the quality assurance unit to support overall direction of the team.
4. Collaborate with relevant teams to develop, strengthen, implement, and communicate improvements in internal processes.
5. Participate in ad-hoc projects when assigned.

Job Requirement

1. Singaporean only.
2. Min Degree.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel. Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI would be a bonus.
5. Previous experience in courseware design & development in the adult education sector is more advantageous.
