As a Marketing and Customer Service Executive for a TCM clinic, you will be based at the retail outlet. Your major responsibilities would be:
Marketing
- Assisting in implementing and executing marketing and promotional strategies, including KOL management
- Designing marketing collaterals and content and video editing
- Managing Company and Brands' website and social media channels
- Monitoring competitors' movements to identify gaps in Company's services and marketing
- Identifying and collaborating with potential partners
Customer Service
- Assisting TCM Physicians to provide care, treatment, therapy and consultation to patients
- Attending to queries and sales regarding products and services
- Assisting in daily clinic operations such as patient registration and scheduling of appointments, patient records, updating of sales records, issuance of receipts, laundry, inventory, housekeeping and maintenance of clinic and rooms' hygiene and sanitization
Requirements:
- Work retail hours
- Knowledge or past experience (at least 1 year) with TCM, marketing and social media
- Customer-service oriented
- Minimum diploma in any discipline
