We are looking for highly independent and hands-on individual to join our operations team as CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE. You will be responsible for following:
Job Description:
· Permanent fulltime position, 5 days week
· Reporting to immediate supervisor in Operations
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
· Sales Order management:
o Sales and operational role on Customers’ orders, requirements and deliveries.
o Issuance of Sales quotations, Sales orders and Delivery orders.
o Ensure customers’ requirements and enquiries are executed and responded.
o Monitor and ensure timely deliveries to customers.
o Maintain good customer service relationship.
· Purchase Order management:
o Purchasing and operational role on Suppliers’ orders, requirements and deliveries.
o Sourcing for Supplier and Issuance of Purchase orders.
o Monitor and ensure timely deliveries from suppliers.
· Coordination of import/export shipment and local deliveries.
· Admin and any other assigned related duties.
Job skills and requirements:
· Good interpersonal, negotiation and coordination skills
· Effective communication skills in English (written and spoken) will be preferred
· Effective time management skills
· Customer oriented
· Able to work independently, multi-task and work cohesively
· Min. 3 years of related working experienceand background in Defence Aviation is preferred. Salary will commensurate with experience.
· Proficient in MS Office applications
· Qualification: Diploma and above. Training will be provided for those below Diploma holder.
