Role
Champion Design Excellence
- Lead and inspire design thinking across the organisation.
- Educate internal and external stakeholders on the value of design.
- Ensure design principles are integrated into project lifecycles.
Strengthen Design Collaboration
- Develop trust-based relationships with various teams and client stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively to translate client needs into actionable design strategies.
- Oversee the design process, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with business objectives.
Presentation and Storytelling
- Liaise between design teams and other departments to ensure cohesiveness and efficiency.
- Advocate for user-centric approaches in all agency offerings.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in design practices..
Business Acumen
- Understand the influence of solid strategy on user experience, particularly in tech and AI contexts.
- Embrace constructive feedback, exhibiting resilience and a consistent desire to evolve your strategic acumen.
Criteria
Learning and Development
- Collaborate with both management and working teams to enhance our reputation, business, and people through Project Leadership, Design Leadership, and Business Growth.
- Work with the Growth Team and fellow leads on business development efforts, crafting approaches, writing proposals, and presenting to prospective clients.
Passion and Interest
- Work closely with business teams to identify opportunities in the market and ongoing projects.
- Reframe insights and briefs into actionable outcomes to create unique propositions, solutions, and strategy.
Communication and Time Management
- Drive the Creative Engineering culture, safeguarding quality of projects and deliveries from a creative standpoint.
- Mentor and ensure the welfare of the team, continuously evaluating productivity and identifying initiatives within the company.
