Honeywell Changi is seeking a Project Management Specialist I who will play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency and strategic management of legacy environmental remediation projects. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Remediation Managers and third-party partners, engaging in scope analysis for alternative remediation solutions at various sites. This role demands strong project management skills, including design and construction management, and proficient use of engineering and project management tools for estimation, scheduling, design, procurement, and construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage project life cycles, from initiation to closure.
- Review and understand job contract documents thoroughly.
- Implement and monitor detailed project schedules.
- Maintain accurate project meeting minutes and documentation.
- Report on project progress and milestones regularly.
- Evaluate the performance of subcontractors to ensure project standards and expectations are met.
- Compile and assemble project closeout documents, ensuring a thorough and comprehensive handover.
MUST HAVE:
- Education: Minimum NITEC certificate
- Experience in Spart part/ Material management tasks such as purchase order, invoice, billing, shipment, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Access, and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of IT and financial systems (e.g., Sales Force, SAP).
- Willing to travel to client’s site in North, West and East area
