Job Description
- Manage company quotation and responding to special inquiries from clients
- Providing direct administrative support to the Director, General Manager and Supervisor of the company.
- Manage documents including invoice, service report, purchase order and PTW.
- Providing human resources management including handle/apply worker’s permit and safety course.
- Handle basic company accounting and payroll.
- Follow up clients outstanding payment.
- Update and follow up company yearly membership and monthly & quarterly report.
Job Requirements
- Able to work after office hour, weekend or PH when Manager need support
- Responsible and meticulous
- Able to work independently and adaptable to changes and ability to multitask
- Good communication skills
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience in Construction Sector.
