Expanding fast fashion retailer with global investment interest seeks professional individual for the position of Retail Marketing Manager!


Budget for this role: S$7000


Job Scope

  • Develop marketing plans and set goals for increasing revenue, market share and brand awareness.
  • Lead in creating innovative and effective 360-degree marketing strategies to drive our brand presence, foot traffic and conversion in local country.
  • Develop and implements marketing activities and communications to promote products or services in the retail stores.
  • Plan the yearly retail marketing and social media calendars and budgets.
  • Conduct marketing research and consumer survey, analyzes the local market environment and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Connect and stay in touch with landlords, media & press, KOLs & celebrities for product loans, shoots and other PR opportunities.
  • Develop social media marketing plans and programs for each product collection and directs promotional support.
  • Contribute to the marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire customers.
  • Collaborate with social media influencers
  • Create social media marketing goals and tracking related key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work with HQ Brand Centre and Retail to develop social media messaging and timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
  • Audit and analyse brand’s social media presence, including digital advertising budgets and ROIs
  • Develop & execute customer relationship management campaigns to increase customer loyalty.
  • Run effective campaigns and promotional activities to optimize sales growth and customer retention.
  • Keep our SEA retail marketing closely connected with brand strategy and guidelines, to ensure consistency of retail experience
  • Ensure our Direct Retail stores and Franchisee stores are aligned with Brand guidance and approved assets / experiences, working with Creative teams to deliver localisations where required.


Requirements

  • 5 years retail marketing and / or general retail experience across online and offline
  • Knowledge on current marketing & fashion trends, entertainment & pop culture, retail innovation, In-depth understanding of shopper journey mapping.
  • Creative eye with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Understanding of performance metrics and the setting / monitoring activation / initiative KPI’s
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and deliver under time constraints in a fast-paced environment
  • Articulate with strong communication, presentation and people skills; stakeholder management is essential
  • Commercially astute.
