The role
We are seeking an experienced Client Liaison Executive to join us at our new site at Singapore Orchard. The Client Liaison Executive will build and maintain relationships with Ultimate Performance clients, ensuring they have a positive experience throughout their journey with U.P., and helping to ensure positive client retention rates are maintained while supporting business growth.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct sales consultations for personal training services with a strong conversion rate.
- Building rapport and strong professional relationships with clients, actioning any potential referral or business development opportunities.
- Handling incoming personal training enquiries, dealing with client bookings and personal trainer consultations.
- Monitoring client attendance to ensure session numbers are maximised where possible and reaching out to clients with poor attendance.
- Responding to and handling any incoming client complaints alongside the Gym Manager.
- Organising renewals of client memberships.
- Logging relevant in-gym sales via the CRM system.
- Liaising with clients and the client support team for payments, renewals and general enquiries.
- Assisting in organising reallocations of clients or cover when the assigned Trainer is on leave.
- Ensuring automated data reports on client enrolment, retention and referrals continue and are maintained to be accurate.
Our ideal candidate will have the following experiences and qualities:
- Evidence in continued professional development, preferably within a customer-focused capacity.
- Experience in providing administrative support to management.
- Experience in analyzing numerical information reports.
- Strong time management skills, can adhere to tight deadlines
- Able to work effectively with management, responding to different working styles.
- Able to sell successfully both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Able to work individually as well as part of a team.
- Outstanding communication skills
