We are now on the lookout for a Data Solutions Architect with a strong Martech background to join our team and elevate our Customer Data Platform (CDP) to new heights.
As a Data Solutions Architect at Supermom, you will be at the heart of our data-driven initiatives, playing a crucial role in shaping our Martech strategies. You'll be the architect behind the data solutions that power our business strategies, making pivotal contributions to our data-driven decision-making process.
Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into robust data infrastructure, including as databases, data warehouses and data pipelines.
- Assess and determine infrastructure requirements for new databases implementations.
- Develop and enforce data management guidelines, standards,procedures and best practices to ensure data usability, quality and accuracy.
- Provide technical consultations to internal business teams, assessing the feasibility their data-related requirements.
- Lead continuous improvements and maintenance of our data infrastructure, including testing, optimization recommendations, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-funtional teams to meet project milestones and adhere to deadlines effectively.
- Uphold data security and ensure compliance with data governance policies, such as GDPR and PDPA.
- Understanding of the Martech ecosystem and various data types (transactional, behaviorial, psychometric, etc)
- Proven experienced in implementing organizational data strategies and data modeling.
- Expertise in establishing and maintaining data management standards.
- Strong experience in designing and deploying data infrastructures.
- Proficiency in SQL and other programming/scripting languages for data manipulation and automation.
- Experience in provisioning database/server infrastructure aligning with business needs.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholder.
- Previous roles as a Database Administrator or Data Scientist are highly desirable
- Additional experience in software development or project management is a plus.
