The role
As a Product Development Manager (Supplements & Nutrition), you will be responsible for developing our supplement product portfolio, ensuring its alignment with brand goals and customer needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy, develop new products, and enhance existing ones. In this role, you will also be the subject matter expert for our products and nutrition.
The brand’s mission – to build health products loved by women for improving their holistic health and well-being. The target demographic are women aged 45+ and older. Till date, the brand has served more than 2 million customers worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy in line with brand vision and business objectives.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, leadership, marketing, supply chain, customer support, and customers to define product requirements, features, user stories.
- Create and maintain a product roadmap, incorporating feedback, market changes, and business priorities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan, design and formulate products.
- Collaborate on the product launch process, including go-to-market strategies, pricing plans, and promotional activities.
- Track and analyze product performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven decisions.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to retirement, ensuring product viability and profitability.
- Act as a customer advocate, gathering feedback, conducting user testing, and incorporating customer insights into product development processes.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities, differentiate products, and anticipate market changes.
- Lead and coordinate product changes and update processes in a cross-collaboration environment.
- At Least 5 years proven experience as a product manager or similar role, in a relevant field.
- Expertise in nutrition/food science, naturopathy and/or integrative medicine or similar.
- Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Understanding of supplement development timelines and regulatory pathways.
- Passion for health and wellness products and a keen interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends. Passion in women’s health is a plus
- Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and customer-centric product development.
Work Arrangement
- This is a full time position based in Singapore.
- We work Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm SGT (GMT+8).
