Your responsibilities as a Quantity Surveyor

  • Exhibit excellent negotiation and communication skills when dealing with subcontractor payment claims, ensuring fair and equitable resolutions.
  • Take a proactive approach in assisting in commercial and project management, actively identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing strategies to meet cost objectives.
  • Showcase your expertise in valuing completed work and issuing payment certificates, ensuring accuracy and fairness in the assessment of project milestones.
  • Utilize your analytical skills to compute costs by analyzing equipment, labor, material, and time requirements, providing valuable insights for effective cost control and decision-making.

Your qualities

You can make your mark as a Quantity Surveyor

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent with minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying on construction projects.
  • Experience in detailed measurements with clear and proper descriptions.
  • Ability to work independently in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to maintain and develop strong relationships.
