Jobs Description :
· To manage day to day operations of project including part-timers’ work roster, inventory updates etc
· Servicing of clients to understand project requirements
· Coordinating event needs between with vendors and production team on the event
· Oversee logistics, event set up and tear down and smooth execution of events
· To perform administrative duties as per required of the event
· Prepare key reports and documentation for post-event reporting
· To diligently carry out any duty and responsibility as directed by management
· To closely follow up and report updates regularly to management
· Other duties assigned
Special Requirement :
· Experience in FMCG line is preferred
· A motivated individual committed to results
· Min. 2 years of working experience in events, preferably for FMCG clients.
· Must able to work under pressure, short deadlines and extra hours including weekends needed for events
· Able to work independently
· Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
