ORDER FULFILMENT OFFICER
Customer Service Management
-Responsible for order management in SAP s
-Work closely with customer’s representatives to ensure service satisfaction.
Procurement Management
-Responsible for procurement management in SAP such as issuance of purchase order and goods receipt/issue etc.
-Material and supplier master management in SAP.
-Invoice management including resolution of invoice discrepancies with suppliers.
Logistics Management
· Plan shipments in collaboration with sales team and logistics providers
· Liaise with logistics providers to ensure on time inbound and outbound deliveries.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business/Supply Chain or equivalent with min 2 years related experiences
- Good working knowledge and pleasant personality.
Location: Near to Jurong East
Salary: Up to $4000 + AWS + VB
