Responsibilities:
Production Support:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of an innovative plant-based food production facility.
- Work with the production team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines and company protocols.
- Ensure the efficient use of resources and minimize waste in the production process.
Quality Control:
- Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.
- Follow established quality control procedures to uphold product excellence.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and report any discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of materials.
Safety, Compliance, Reporting:
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch records and production logs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Knowledge or interest in plant-based products and sustainable practices.
