Responsibilities:
- First level onsite and remote technical supports for restaurant outlets and office users (POS, Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Basic Network, Mobile Devices, Video System)
- Liaise with vendors on maintenance matters and second level technical support
- Responsible for data entry work for various emenu & ecommerce content management systems (training provided)
- Standby in the event of emergencies and after-hours critical support requests
- Occasional OT to standby for shop opening
- Assist in setting up new store - supervise contractors for setup of POS/ Emenu/ CCTV/ Network
- Assist in IT inventory management
- Assist in monitoring data backup
- Assist in IT administrations (paperwork & documentations)
- Any other duties as assigned
Skills, Qualifications, Education Requirements

- strong capability in basic PC & network troubleshooting.
- minimum 2 years’ experience in technical support. Experienced in F&B tech support role will be an advantage
- Senior Executive position available depending on experience and qualification
- Diploma or Degree in IT related field
- Good problem-solving skills (resourceful in finding solutions)
- Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and able to perform in fast pace environment
- Have a service excellence attitude for technical support matters
- Must provide 2 contacts (former employers or co-workers) for reference check
