Job Description


Outsourced Payroll Support for a portfolio of clients:

  • Process and manage monthly payroll accurately and timely.
  • Assist in submitting tax clearance and annual income tax filing.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore CPF requirements, income tax regulations, labor laws, and other relevant legislation.
  • Handle payroll queries and discrepancies promptly and professionally.
  • Administrative support for function.

Outsourced Human Resources Support for a portfolio of clients:

  • Provide human resources support services on requested functions.
  • Assist with work pass applications and related matters.
  • Any other administrative support for function.
  • Administrative support for function.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Finance Support:

  • Assist with data entry of financial records including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Generate financial reports and statements as required.
  • Any other administrative support for function.

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.



Job Requirements

  • A Diploma or Degree in Business, HR, Accounting, or any relevant field.
  • Have at least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and be a team player.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Meticulous, diligent, committed, self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
