Job Title: Administrative Support (Procurement)
Job Location: Jurong, Singapore
Job Type: Contract - 3 Years
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Job Summary: Provides support and ensure maintenance for various software/hardware license and maintenance contracts are renewed. Maintain and update the Software Licenses and Hardware maintenance teamsite for IM8 compliance.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor various software/hardware license and maintenance contract life cycle.
- Maintain and ensure that the Software Licenses and Hardware maintenance team site is up-to-date.
- Liaise with various vendors for budgetary quotation.
- Prepare various procurement documents, e.g. Submit Request for Purchase in IT system, approval paper, tender specification, tender evaluation and tender recommendation for award.
- Process e-invoice payment for the license and contract cost.
- Assist in providing and extracting data for audit purposes.
- Any other related tasks as assigned by the Corporation.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in procurement process.
- Knowledge on IT matters.
- Good communication skills.
- Good command of written and verbal English.
