Job Description
We are on the lookout for a seasoned Product Manager with a strong background in the SaaS industry. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in managing SaaS products through their lifecycle and will play a pivotal role in steering our product development strategies to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement (SaaS) product strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
- Define and prioritize product requirements and roadmaps.
- Oversee the product development process, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Develop and implement strategies for product performance assessment and enhancement.
- Collaborate with marketing, BDs, and support teams to ensure product success.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including presenting product plans and reports.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 8 years of related experience in product management or a similar field.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese, with strong communication skills in writing and reading.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Strategic Product Development and Product Performance Assessment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record of developing and managing successful SaaS products.
- Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in the SaaS space.
