Role Description:
This position reports to the outlet manager and interfaces with both the therapist and consumers. E Beauty Wellness and Slimming Centre Pte. Responsibilities:
Position: Permanent
Hours: Retail hours (weekends included)
- Responsible for booking and confirming customers’ appointments via call /message and email.
- Responsible for maintaining a tidy reception area and receive customers with greetings upon their arrival at the outlet, answering enquiries about treatment services.
- Responsible for processing transactions and other ad hoc duties.
- Receptionist will be able to handle any operational tasks such as upkeep of storefront.
- Receptionist will be able to handle therapist on the floor ensuring everyone is working efficiently.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication abilities (verbal and written)
• Willing to work retail hours.
• Telemarketing / Customer service-related experience will be an added advantage.
• Target driven and customer service oriented.
• Strong Interest in the Beauty grooming industry (Beauty, Facial, Slimming).
• Positive, energetic, and willing to learn.
